Institute of Agrophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences cordially invites you to open popular science lectures conducted in English on food technology held by Prof. Marc E.G. Hendrickx, KU Leuven (Belgium) organised in the frame of the 14^th International Conference on Agrophysics. Professor Marc E.G. Hendrickx will discuss e.g. what impact does food processing have on its quality and health aspects:

• 11.09.2023, 9:30 am: „The impact of processing on quality and health related aspects of foods”;
• 12.09.2023, 9:00 am: „Process-structure-function relations of cell wall materials in food systems”.

The lectures will be held as part of Professor Hendrickx’ visit to Lublin in September 10-14, 2023 organised with the financial support of The City of Lublin, as part of the 2nd edition the Visiting Professors in Lublin Program, which enables the organization of visits of outstanding scientists and business people to Lublin.
